Simple module 56mm, made of plasterboard

Simple module 56mm, a wall module made of 12.5mm regular plasterboard and 30mm rock wool with a length of 1.2m is quickly installed in places where a wall frame is not used and some heat and sound insulation is required. Product dimensions and selection of wind barrier material according to wishes

Properties. The product insulates sound and heat, properties corresponding to plasterboard

Usage. The board is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. Maximum application temperature is 50°C

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The product can be attached to the frame or nearby surfaces

⇒ It is recommended to use metal frame parts or wooden material to connect products in one row

Cutting. The product is easy to cut to size

⇒ Mark the cutting line

⇒ Cut straight through the product with the tool of your choice

⇒ A jigsaw, jigsaw, hand saw, panel saw are suitable tools

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture.

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried with proper support and care – excessive pressure can damage the panel.

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 1.2m x 0.5m. The maximum length of the elements can be up to 3.0m.
