Wall module 38mm, moisture-proof plaster

Wall module 38mm, moisture-resistant gypsum. Thin, less than 40mm thick, moisture-resistant gypsum board and insulated building element for places (including damp rooms) where traditional gypsum frame and gypsum wall construction is inconvenient. Properties. The product prevents the spread of moisture, insulates sound and heat

Usage. The board is intended for use in walls of rooms with a higher humidity level in conditions where conventional frame installation is inconvenient or impractical. The board is intended for use in structures with a relative humidity of more than 70%, but not more than 85% and not more than 10 hours per day. The maximum application temperature is 50°C. UV-resistant wind barrier tape (a vapor-resistant tape with strong adhesive properties) is used to seal the board joints and penetrations.

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The product can be attached to the frame or nearby surfaces

⇒ It is recommended to use metal frame parts or wooden material to connect products in one row

Cutting. The product is easy to cut to size

⇒ Cut straight through the product with the tool of your choice

⇒ A jigsaw, jigsaw, hand saw, panel saw are suitable tools

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture.

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried with proper support and care – excessive pressure can damage the panel.

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 1.2m x 0.5m. The maximum length of the elements can be up to 3.0m.
