Gypsum board hollow panel. Simple 60mm gypsum board frameless burger-type wall module for quick erection of partition walls for structurally simple rooms. Product dimensions and choice of wind barrier material according to wishes

Properties. The product insulates sound and heat, properties corresponding to plasterboard

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. Maximum application temperature is 50°C

Color. According to the customer’s wishes

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The product can be placed between the surfaces intended for this purpose

⇒ The product should be attached in a way that does not damage the surface finish

Cutting. The product can be cut to size, but this should be avoided if necessary, as the ribs inside do not match the cut result

⇒ Mark the cutting line

⇒ Cut straight through the product with the tool of your choice

⇒ A jigsaw, jigsaw, hand saw, panel saw are suitable tools

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture.

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried with proper support and care – excessive pressure can damage the panel.

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 2.4m x 0.2m. The maximum length of the elements can be up to 3.3m

⇒ Choice of coating color according to the customer’s request

⇒ There are spacer ribs inside the product to support the structure

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge, the customer can opt out of gluing

⇒ Tape to fix the shape of the product during gluing and transportation (if necessary)
