Windbreak board

The windbreak panel is a panel cut from Norgips GU9 plasterboard with precise dimensions for covering the insulation of the external wall. Product dimensions and selection of windbreak material according to wishes

Usage. The board is intended for use in external walls to increase wind resistance. The board is intended for use in structures with a relative humidity of more than 70%, but not more than 85% and not more than 10 hours per day. The maximum application temperature is 50°C. UV-resistant windbreak tape (a vapor-resistant tape with strong adhesive properties) is used to seal the board’s joints and penetrations

Colour. Green cardboard

Moisture protection. Prevents moisture penetration

Cutting. It is easy to cut plasterboard to size: 1. cut the paper surface in a straight line on one side with a construction knife and break the plasterboard along the long cutting lines. Then cut the paper surface on the other side

Storage: The boards must be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the boards from moisture

Transport on the construction site. The boards must be carried so that the cut edge is vertical

Edge. In the original, the longer straight edge of the plasterboard is covered with cardboard and the shorter edge is cut straight

Drywall board dimensions. Width 1200mm, length 3000mm. Thickness 9.5mm
