Board with infrared heating film

A board with infrared heating film is an additional heat source. It can be used in teaching if the surface is covered with blackboard paint and an LED light strip is installed on the upper edge. We install attachment points in the product depending on the chosen attachment method. Product dimensions and material selection according to your wishes

Features. The product protects the fire safety of electrical installations (heating film) in walls. The product has similar properties as plasterboard, which accumulates heat. By covering the surfaces with blackboard paint, you can make notes on it with blackboard chalk and erase them with a cloth

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms where the relative humidity does not exceed 70%. The maximum installation temperature is 50°C. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Fixing. The main surface of the product must not be pierced with screws or other fasteners – this may damage the heating film inside and cause short circuits between the electrodes of the heating film. The product can be fixed using adhesive sealants or through-fastening up to a maximum of 10mm from the edge

Cutting. The product must not be cut – this can damage the heating film inside and cause short circuits between the heating film electrodes

Finishing. The product can be painted over or otherwise processed in a similar way to finishing plasterboard

Storage. Products should be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect products from moisture

Indoor transport

⇒ When transporting the product, it is necessary to prevent the product from falling or being damaged in any other way

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ The product packaging and mounting tape (if any) are removed immediately before installation, if necessary

⇒ Gypsum board for windbreak according to the customer’s wishes, the specified external (v) and internal dimensions (s) are used

⇒ The product contains an infrared heating film with a power of 170W/m2, the product can be connected directly to a 220V power supply

⇒ Temperature regulator for direct setting of infrared heating, different time-dependent cycles can be set

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge, the customer can opt out of gluing

⇒ Tape to fix the shape of the product during gluing and transportation (if necessary)
