Usage

⇒ Suitable for use in exterior structures and as a windbreak for insulation materials

⇒ Gypsum board must be covered with weatherproof external lining in the final phase of the building

⇒ Weatherboard 365 is a second-generation windbreak board consisting of an impregnated plaster core, which is protected by a cardboard layer on the front and back

⇒ GU-X9 has been developed and adapted specifically for Nordic building traditions and climates, and in which it has been taken into account that the board can stand exposed to the weather for up to 1 year

⇒ The maximum application temperature is 50°C

⇒ UV-resistant wind barrier tape (a vapor-resistant tape with strong adhesive properties) is used to seal the joints and penetrations of the board

⇒ Under normal conditions, microbes do not form on the surface of the board

Tested Nordic quality. The board has been tested and certified by SINTEF

Cutting. It is easy to cut plasterboard to size

⇒ Cut the paper surface in a straight line on one side with a construction knife

⇒ Break the plasterboard along the long cutting line

⇒ Cut the paper surface on the other side

Storage: The boards must be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the boards from moisture

Transport on the construction site. The boards must be carried so that the cut edge is vertical

Edge. The longer straight edge of the plasterboard is covered with cardboard and the shorter edge is cut straight

Quantity on pallet: 42 plasterboards, total area 136.1 m², total weight of wind barrier boards 980 kg
