Fire plasterboard Norgips GKF13 – fireproof plasterboard with a paintable edge, thickness 12.5mm. The board is used in partition and covering walls, wall linings, suspended ceilings and in the construction of roof underlays to achieve the specified fire resistance (up to EI 180)
Usage
⇒ The board is intended for use in walls with higher fire resistance requirements. For example: boiler rooms, storage rooms for flammable substances, workshops, etc.
⇒ For various purposes, as well as for use in plasterboard systems in rooms with a relative humidity of up to 70%
⇒ The maximum application temperature is 50°C
⇒ Thanks to the profiled edge, the use of joint fillers and tapes, a maximum durable connection can be created
Drywall board dimensions. Width 1200mm, length 2600mm. Thickness 12.5mm
Color. Pink cardboard with red inscriptions
Fireproof. The core has added fiberglass, which improves the cohesion of the gypsum core at high temperatures
Cutting. It is easy to cut plasterboard to size
⇒ Cut the paper surface in a straight line on one side with a construction knife
⇒ Break the plasterboard along the long cutting line
⇒ Cut the paper surface on the other side
Storage: The boards must be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the boards from moisture
Transport on the construction site. Gypsum boards must be carried so that the cut edge is vertical
Edge. The longer edge of the plasterboard is thinned and covered with cardboard, and the shorter edge is cut straight
Quantity on a pallet: 60 gypsum boards, total area 187.2 m², total weight of fire-resistant plaster pallet 1891 kg
