Plaster circle with 2 light strips – with the option of internal and external LEDs. There is a groove for the LED light strip inside the circular ceiling niche. The edge of the rim is above the LED strip, which prevents a direct view of the light source. The dimensions and technical specifications of the circle are made according to the customer’s wishes

Features. The product has similar properties as drywall, except for the places that are machined and glued

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a normal relative humidity level – permanently no higher than 60%. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Installation

⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites

⇒ It is recommended to install the product on a stone, frame, wood or plaster surface using a wooden or metal frame. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it

⇒ To connect the parts of the product to each other, it is recommended to use either wood or a metal frame, which connects both sides of the product to each other in such a way that cracks do not form at the joints after finishing

⇒ Due to its size, it is recommended to fasten the product on all edges in a way that withstands contact with external influences

Fixing. In thinner areas of the product (e.g. glued surfaces and gaps caused by sawing and milling), it is recommended to use adhesive foam or adhesive sealant instead of screw connections. The requirements for screwing the product are described in the plasterboard installation instructions.

Dimensions. The diameter of one ceiling circle shown in the pictures is 0.75m. The diameter of the circle is unlimited – for more than 1.3m, the product consists of several parts. The transportability of the product and its parts to the installation site must be taken into account

Finishing. Similar to finishing drywall

Filling joints. Similar to filling drywall joints, if necessary, chamfers can be cut into the edges of the product to accommodate a sufficient amount of sealant or joint filler

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture

Transport

⇒ The product must be transported properly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can cause the glued surface to come loose

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The internal support blocks and mounting tape of the details are removed (if necessary) immediately before installation

⇒ The diameter of the ceiling niche and the division of the product into parts according to the external dimensions given by the customer

⇒ The dimensions of the beads in the product are made according to the dimensions of the light source (LED strip)

⇒ The walls of the bearing circle are made of double-layered rolled gypsum, between which is glued a painting fabric, thickness 26mm

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge

⇒ CNC-cut components and auxiliary parts to obtain the desired shape during gluing and transportation

⇒ Tape during gluing and transportation of the product for fixing components
