Usage. The board is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. The maximum application temperature is 50°C. Thanks to the profiled edge, the use of joint fillers and tapes, a maximum durable connection can be created
Installation
⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites
⇒ It is recommended to install gypsum board on a stone, frame, wood or gypsum surface using a wooden or metal frame. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it
⇒ It is recommended to use either a wooden material or a metal frame to connect the plasterboards together, with which both halves of the product are connected to each other in such a way that cracks do not form over the joints after finishing
Fixing. The plasterboard is attached either with screws, adhesive foam or adhesive sealant. The requirements for screwing the product are described in the plasterboard installation instructions
Cutting. It is easy to cut plasterboard to size
⇒ Cut the paper surface in a straight line on one side with a construction knife
⇒ Break the plasterboard along the long cutting line
⇒ Cut the paper surface on the other side
Finishing. According to the plasterboard finishing instructions
Edge. The longer edge of the plasterboard is thinned and covered with cardboard, and the shorter edge is cut straight
Filling the joints. The edges of the plasterboard are thinner, the joint between the boards is covered with joint tape and then puttyed. In the joints of plasterboards with a cut edge, chamfers can be cut to accommodate a sufficient amount of sealant or joint filler

Storage: The boards should be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the boards from moisture
Transport on the construction site.

⇒ A suitable transport trolley is used to transport the plasterboards on the construction site
⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used
