Template – plasterboard arch. A necessary tool for the construction of an arched wall, including the installation of frame posts. An arch with the required radius cut from plasterboard with a CNC. The dimensions of the product, the cut-out contour and the attachment points can be changed according to the customer’s wishes

Features. The product has similar properties as drywall, except for the places that are machined and glued

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. The maximum application temperature is 50°C. Thanks to the profiled edge, the use of joint fillers and tapes, a maximum durable connection can be created

Color. Ivory cardboard

Cutting. It is easy to cut plasterboard to size

⇒ Cut the paper surface in a straight line on one side with a construction knife

⇒ Break the plasterboard along the long cutting line

⇒ Cut the paper surface on the other side

Finishing. Similar to finishing drywall

Storage. The product should be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the boards from moisture

Transport on the construction site:

⇒ The plasterboards should be carried carefully so that the cut edge is vertical

⇒ A suitable transport trolley is used to transport the plasterboards on the construction site

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used
