Ceiling round panel from elements

Ceiling circle made of elements, the circular edge of the disk is made of several pieces. It is used to surround the devices installed on the ceiling and to hide the technical units. The inner part of the edge can be filled with plasterboard after the devices are installed – the straight edge inside the edge facilitates the work. It is attached to the ceiling with hangers and a frame. The dimensions and technical specifications of the product are made according to the customer’s wishes

Features. The product has similar properties as drywall, except for the places that are machined and glued

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of more than 70%, but not more than 85% and not more than 10 hours per day. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Installation

⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites

⇒ It is recommended to install the product on a stone, frame, wood or plaster surface using a wooden or metal frame. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it

⇒ Due to its size, it is recommended to attach the product from all corners in a way that withstands exposure to external influences

Fixing. In thinner areas of the product (e.g. glued surfaces and gaps caused by sawing and milling), it is recommended to use adhesive foam or adhesive sealant instead of screw connections. The requirements for screwing the product are described in the plasterboard installation instructions.

Finishing. Similar to finishing drywall

Storage. Products must be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture and damage

Transport

⇒ The product must be transported properly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can cause the glued surface to come loose

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The internal support blocks and mounting tape of the details are removed (if necessary) immediately before installation

Dimensions. The diameters of the ceiling circles shown in the pictures are 2.0 and 3.0m. The diameter of the circle is unlimited – if it is more than 1.3m, the product consists of several parts. The transportability of the product and its parts to the installation site must be taken into account
