Features. The product has similar properties as drywall, except for the places that are machined and glued

Usage. Designed for rooms with high humidity – on average 70%. The maximum installation temperature is 50°C. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Installation

⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites

⇒ It is recommended to install the product on a stone, frame, wood or plaster surface using a wooden or metal frame. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it

⇒ Due to its size, it is recommended to fix the product to all support arches in a way that withstands exposure to external influences

Fastening. In thinner areas of the product (e.g. glued surfaces and gaps related to sawing and milling), it is recommended to use adhesive foam or adhesive sealant instead of screw connections. The requirements for screwing the product are described in the installation instructions for plasterboard. The product is attached to the frame at two levels: both from the bottom edge and from the support arches

Finishing. Similar to finishing plasterboard. The curved surface part of the model plasterboard must be covered with waterproof isolation when installing in a wet room

Storage. Products should be stored with the wider part down and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture and the risk of damage

Transportation. The transportability of the product and its parts to the installation site must be taken into account

⇒ The product must be carried correctly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can cause the glued surface to come loose or cracks to form

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The internal support blocks and mounting tape of the details are removed (if necessary) immediately before installation

Dimensions. The ring shown has an outer diameter of 3.25 m and an inner diameter of 2.25 m. Diameter is not limited – up to 3.0 m, the product consists of four parts; the ring in the pictures consists of four quarters. Outer height is 0.7 m, inner height 0.4 m
