121mm grooved module, hard plaster

Grooved module 121mm, hard plaster, provides particularly good soundproofing and heat retention. The product is used for the quick, dust-free and noise-free construction of strong partitions. Inside the module is a 95mm metal frame, 100mm glass wool and wooden ribs. There are acoustic seals and 9mm F/F plywood in the grooves. The modules are easy to assemble and dismantle. Product dimensions and material selection according to wishes

Properties. The product insulates sound and heat, properties corresponding to plasterboard

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. Maximum application temperature is 50°C

Color. According to the customer’s wishes

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The products are connected to each other using a top strip or metal profile. There is a wooden board on the edge of the product for screwing from the top

⇒ To align products in one row, it is recommended to use an upper and lower aluminum U-profile, the inner dimension of which corresponds to the width of the product

⇒ When the wall intersects with another wall or ceiling, it is recommended to use a self-expanding sealant to seal the joints

Cutting. The product can be cut to size, if necessary this should be avoided, as the ribs in the structure do not overlap with the cut result

⇒ Mark the cutting line

⇒ Cut straight through the product with the tool of your choice

⇒ A jigsaw, jigsaw, hand saw, panel saw are suitable tools

⇒ When choosing a cutting blade, the metal frame inside the product must be taken into account

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture.

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried correctly supported and carefully – excessive pressure can damage the panel

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 3.0m x 0.4m. The maximum length of the elements can be up to 3.0m

⇒ Hard plaster product size and quantity according to the external dimensions given by the customer, plasterboard made of a different material can also be used

⇒ Choice of coating color according to the customer’s request

⇒ The internal thermal insulation and sound insulation of the wall is increased by 2x50mm or 100mm glass wool

⇒ Narrow strips cut from waterproof 9mm plywood (with F/F coating) are used to connect the modules

⇒ The sound insulation of the joints between the modules is improved by an acoustic seal in the side grooves

⇒ Inside the product there is a 95mm metal frame, wooden board (plywood, OSB) spacers to support the structure, wooden boards can be added to the product to attach lighter objects

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge, the customer can opt out of gluing

⇒ Tape to fix the shape of the product during gluing and transportation (if necessary)
