Gypsum plaster MP75, 30kg bag. For use in all rooms with normal humidity, as well as in kitchens, bathrooms, etc. of residential buildings, schools, hotels and hospitals. Gypsum machine plaster MP75 is a single-layer plaster for walls and ceilings. It is designed to create smooth or structured surfaces and has high impact and pressure resistance. To achieve surface quality classes Q1–Q3 (smoothed surface) and Q2–Q4 (smoothed surface)
Properties. Fine grain allows you to achieve a smooth surface for the finished casting according to the model being imitated. Very fine grain, high strength indicators
Area of use:
⇒ for plastering untreated and smooth concrete surfaces
⇒ for plastering all types of blocks
⇒ For plastering brick joints
⇒ for obtaining a structured surface
⇒ as a base for paint and wallpaper
⇒ as a base for ceramic tiles
⇒ as a substrate for decorative plasters
⇒ for interior work
The substrate must be dry, load-bearing, clean, free of dust, loose particles and seepage, water-permeable and must not be frozen. Developed for substrates that can be plastered without special preparation. In case of problematic substrates, prime with an adhesion promoter
Properties and advantages: elastic, economical, ensures high quality of the plaster, hardens evenly. Can be applied in one or two layers up to 50mm thick. Water vapour permeable, mechanically resistant, slows down the spread of fire, regulates the room climate
Usage
⇒ For manual plastering, sprinkle 30kg of gypsum plaster into approximately 14 litres of clean cold water, mix with a slowly rotating mixer until a uniform mass suitable for plastering is formed, free of lumps
⇒ For machine plastering, use a plastering machine with a screw pump, with a 25mm mortar hose and a processing distance of up to 30m
⇒ Productivity with a plastering machine approximately 20l/mortar per minute = approximately 2 m2
⇒ Gypsum plaster of a liquid consistency (pressure in the pipe of approximately 1 bar/m) is applied to the wall from top to bottom with a machine. There must be no breaks in work lasting longer than 10-15 minutes, otherwise the mixer, pump and hoses must be cleaned
⇒ All deformation joints in the building structure must also extend through the plaster layer. Not making a joint by replacing it with a reinforcing mesh is not permitted
⇒ Application time is approximately 180 minutes
Colour. Greyish or yellowish-white. After drying, it is light gray
Storage. 6 months. Store in a dry, cool place on wooden pallets in unopened original packaging. Opened bags should be hermetically sealed and used first.
Transport on the construction site. Packages should be carried in such a way that the paper surface of the package is not damaged and does not come into contact with sharp objects.
Quantity on pallet: 40 paper packages, total pallet weight 1200 kg
