Floor mix FE50, 40kg bag. Calcium sulphate-based gypsum casting powder is a factory-made dry mortar, ready to mix with water. The product is used in construction work (indoors), it dries quickly and is easy to work with after drying, has very good filling capacity and volume stability. The product has good impact resistance and tensile strength. Gypsum is a non-combustible mineral of natural origin

Properties and added value. High thermal conductivity, pourable with a mixing pump, efficient installation, self-leveling and smooth surface, low shrinkage and tension, quickly walkable, without a binder layer, areas with few joints, controlled: constant quality

Area of ​​use. FE 50 Largo floor screed is the ideal self-leveling floor screed for pouring private houses, terraced houses, apartment buildings and office buildings indoors:

⇒ as a floating floor, nominal thickness ≥ 35 mm

⇒ as a heated floor, nominal thickness ≥ 35 mm on heating elements

⇒ as a floor on a separating layer, nominal thickness ≥ 30 mm

⇒ as a bonding floor, nominal thickness ≥ 25 mm

⇒ as a hollow floor, nominal thickness ≥ 30 mm

Preparation

⇒ the floor screed is mixed with clean water in a mixing pump and pumped onto the prepared surface. After pouring with the mixing pump, the machine and hoses must be cleaned no later than 30 minutes after stopping the machine

⇒ For 40 kg of dry mortar (1 bag), approximately 6.5 l of clean water is required

⇒ Required amount of material per 1 cm thick floor screed – 20 kg/m2

⇒ Recommended pouring ø 38–43 cm, determined by a control amount of 1.3 l on a flat, non-absorbent surface

⇒ Attention! No water layer may form on the surface when pouring! As a heated floor screed, the FE 50 Largo floor screed must be heated (7 days after pouring) until dry before installing the floor covering

⇒ After pouring the FE50 Largo material, it is leveled with a floor screed brush or trowel until it is even and flat

Colour and odour. Light grey and odourless

Storage. 6 months. Store in a dry, cool place on wooden pallets in unopened original packaging. Seal opened bags hermetically and use first

Transport on the construction site. Packages must be carried in such a way that the paper surface of the package cannot be damaged and does not come into contact with sharp objects

⇒ Grout mortar 40 kg + 6.5l of water covers approx. 2.3m2 of floor with a thickness of 1cm. To cover 10 m2 of floor with a thickness of 3.5 cm, approximately 15 bags of 40 kg of floor mixture are needed

⇒ Final drying time 3-6 weeks, it can be accelerated with underfloor heating (7 days after pouring)
