Preparation

⇒ add Baugips to clean cold water, mix until a uniform lump-free mass is formed

⇒ for application with a putty knife – 1 kg Baugips per ~0.45 l of water (application time ~6 min)

⇒ for preparation of molds – 1 kg Baugips per ~0.65 l of water (usage time 10–12 min)

⇒ Attention! Mix only as much as you can use within 6 minutes

⇒ During application and drying, the air and substrate temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C. High temperatures shorten the application time of the mixture!

Usage

⇒ Baugips is installed with a suitable putty knife or trowel

⇒ The thickness of the material layer can be several centimeters

⇒ After hardening, the surface must be smoothed with a damp trowel

⇒ When pouring the form, it must be filled in one go

⇒ Dirty dishes and tools shorten the use time

Colour. Greyish or yellowish-white. After drying, it is light gray

Storage. 6 months. Store in a dry, cool place on wooden pallets in unopened original packaging. Opened bags should be hermetically sealed and used first

Transport on the construction site. Packages should be carried in such a way that the paper surface of the package is not damaged and does not come into contact with sharp objects
