Installation and fastening
⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites
⇒ It is recommended to install the product on a stone, frame, wood or plaster surface with a sealant that adheres well to plaster. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it
⇒ In addition to the sealant, fastening screws can be used. Screw holes and recesses for the screw heads must be pre-drilled, later the screws are covered with joint filling material
⇒ It is recommended to use a sealant to connect the products together, with which both halves of the product are connected and the surfaces are cleaned in such a way that cracks do not form over the joints after finishing
Cutting. In case there is a need to cut the product,
⇒ Use a saw with small teeth, such as a miter saw
⇒ To obtain the correct cutting angle, it is recommended to use an angle saw
⇒ When cutting the entire product, mark the cutting line (straight or cutting angle) with a laser
⇒ NB! Sawing must be done carefully – a blunt saw, large saw teeth and placing the product on a base can cause the product to break in an unwanted place
Filling the joints. For the treatment of gypsum surfaces, it is recommended to use either mortar made of gypsum powder or fine putty. Gypsum mortar hardens quickly and is easy to sand
Storage. Products should be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect products from moisture
Transportation on the construction site
⇒ The product must be carried correctly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can cause the glued surface to come loose.
⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used
⇒ It is recommended to transport long or heavy parts with two people and with two hands
⇒ The internal support blocks and fastening tape of the parts are removed (if necessary) immediately before installation
Dimensions. The diameter of the ceiling arch shown in the pictures is 1.6m. The diameter is unlimited – in the case of more than 1.0m, the product consists of several parts. The transportability of the product and its parts to the installation site must be taken into account
