Mini room 3×1 m², 34dB has good sound and heat insulation. The mini room consists of 10 thin modules – 75mm wall modules, 88mm ceiling and floor modules. The glass door is acoustically sealed and lockable. The use of hard plaster and a unique dowel system with double sealing ensure a strong structure and good sound insulation. Inside the modules, without openings, there is a U-profile for installing cables and pipes inside the wall. The product is used for quick, dust-free and noise-free construction of smaller rooms. The modules are easy to assemble and dismantle. Inside the modules there is a plywood frame, 50mm glass wool and wooden ribs. Furniture bolts are used for fastening. The floor module rests on adjustable legs, the flatness of the mini room’s base surface can fluctuate up to 20mm. To increase the volume and area of ​​the room, additional 3x1m sections are added. Properties. The product insulates sound and heat, properties corresponding to plasterboard

Use. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. The maximum installation temperature is 50°C

Color. According to the customer’s request, fabric, felt or a covering film can be used instead of a paint coating.

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The floor module is installed first, the legs of which are adjusted so that the module rests on the ground at every point. The leg fasteners must be located below the groove plane

⇒ The modules are connected to each other using two different tenon grooves, the modules are fastened with furniture bolts

⇒ The upper aluminum profile is fastened with the upper wood screws 30mm from the outer edge

⇒ The lower aluminum profile is fastened with wood screws from below 30mm from the outer edge, or glued with double-sided tape

Cutting. The product is not cut or processed, as this may damage the internal structure and fastening elements

Storage. The products should be stored upright or supported on the side edge and on a smooth surface. Protect the products from moisture

Transport

⇒ It is recommended to use auxiliary equipment (trolley, etc.) to transport the modules

⇒ The modules should be carried correctly supported and carefully – excessive pressure may damage the panel

⇒ Modules with glass surfaces must be transported very carefully and on supports

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 3.0m x 1.0m, height 2.4m. The size of the product can be changed by adding 1.0m intermediate sections: 3 x 1m ⇒ 3 x …m

⇒ The size of the hard plaster product and the choice of materials according to the external dimensions given by the customer, plasterboard made of a different material can also be used

⇒ The choice of the color or material of the surface coating, as well as the choice of the material for the floor coating according to the customer’s wishes

⇒ The thermal insulation and sound insulation inside the wall is increased by 50mm glass wool

⇒ A dowel system is used to connect the modules, the modules of the straight wall section are connected to each other with a special dowel

⇒ The sound insulation of the joints between the modules is improved by an acoustic seal in the dowels, there are 2 parallel 3x30mm PE sealing tapes at each joint between the modules

⇒ The modules are fastened together with furniture bolts: 4 bolts vertically in each connection and 1-2 fastening points horizontally.

⇒ Inside the module there is a plywood frame, wooden board (plywood, OSB) spacers to support the structure, wooden boards can be added inside the product to fasten lighter objects

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge, the customer can opt out of gluing

⇒ Tape to fix the shape of the product during gluing and transportation (if necessary)
