Rhombus

Rhombus – two plaster rhombuses inside each other – placed in ceilings and walls with interior lighting. Gives an impressive effect to the interior – the light slides along the long ceiling and wall. Product dimensions, additional attachment points, technical specifications and fabric selection can be made according to wishes

Features. The product has similar properties as drywall, except for the places that are machined and glued

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a normal relative humidity level – permanently no higher than 60%. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Installation and fastening

⇒ The corresponding technical solutions have been provided by the construction project developer for installation on construction sites

⇒ It is recommended to install the product on a stone, frame, wood or plaster surface using a wooden or metal frame. If the shape of the product and the profile of the nearby surface allow it, the product can be properly attached to it

⇒ If there is a desire to access the light strip after installation, it is reasonable to attach the product with a solution that allows hidden dismantling

Finishing. Similar to finishing drywall

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried correctly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can damage the product.

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 0.5 x 0.2m. The maximum length of the rhombus can be up to 1.5m – take into account transportability to the installation site. The installation can consist of one or more parts

⇒ The dimensions of the product’s light edge are made according to the selected lighting

⇒ CNC-cut components and auxiliary parts to obtain the desired shape during gluing

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge

⇒ Tape during gluing and transportation of the product for fixing components
