Wall element M100-0.85, 8m² 24pcs/pallet

Wall element M100-0.85 – strong gypsum block with a mirror-smooth surface for the construction of non-load-bearing partitions. Grooves on the edges of the block facilitate construction, strengthen the wall and increase fire and sound resistance. Gypsum blocks do not require plastering – there is no additional need to level the surfaces and block the sound. Installation of walls is simple, does not contain unnecessary complications. Installations from blocks are hung on the wall with commercially available dowels. In the Multigips system, a medium-density wall block provides significant additional income from a larger floor area compared to other wall systems – higher sales or rental income. Sale of gypsum wall blocks – in full pallets, one pallet contains 24 gypsum blocks (8 m²)

Use. Construction of non-load-bearing partitions. No plastering required. No need to make internal support posts and recesses for rods, no need to additionally install crossbeams for heavy loads

Consumption of construction material. Based on the manufacturer’s long-term experience in building a conventional wall. Quantity according to FTL full load (max. 33 pallets, up to 24 tons)

Fire resistance and density. The density of the material ensures high fire resistance EI120 (without internal wall installations). The material is denser than most plasterboards, the product is comparable in density to 9 layers of 12.5mm fire plaster. At the same time, the wall block is 12.5mm thinner in total

Better durability. Gypsum blocks are solid, non-load-bearing structural elements made of calcium sulfate (anhydrite) and water. They are used to create space in residential and non-residential construction. The walls are strong like in masonry, but similar to dry construction, only the joints are filled
