Joint filler FG 70, 25kg

Joint filler FG 70 in 25kg bags for use in interior wall construction. Strong, adhesive and lightweight gypsum plaster for filling joints in ceilings and non-load-bearing partitions. The product has very strong adhesive properties, is also suitable as a filler between steel frames and walls, and is also used for smoothing surfaces, filling joints, sealing cavities and holes. The product is easy to prepare – just add clean water

Properties. Gypsum-based construction product. High adhesive strength

Preparation. The dry mixture must be evenly poured into a container, in a proportion of 1.4 parts powder to 1 part water. Sprinkle the material up to the water line and let it soak, do not mix. After soaking, mix with a trowel or mixer. Do not mix with foreign objects and/or additives. The material that has started to set cannot be reused by adding water or mixing again. Mix the exact amount of material required. Before mixing the next batch of material, thoroughly clean the tools and container from the remains of the bound mixture, as they can shorten the setting time of the next mixture

Usage. Powdered gypsum-based filling compound for filling the joint between wall and ceiling – a system product for non-load-bearing partition walls, tested and certified. Install elastic sealing tapes (AkustikPro 120-3). Apply the filling compound into the joint, avoiding interruptions. Chamfer the edges of the block if necessary. Press the joint tightly with the material (wall stability, fire protection, sound insulation). Do not cover the installed intermediate layers, e.g. with putty. Protect from frost until completely dry

Paint. Greyish white

Storage. Packages must be stored on a smooth surface, preferably on a pallet. Protect the packages from moisture. Shelf life 6 months from the date indicated on the package

Transport on the construction site. The packages must be carried in such a way that the surface of the package cannot be damaged and does not come into contact with sharp objects
