Platform floor 3×4 m²

Platform floor 3×4 m² – a flat surface supported by support legs. The platform consists of 4 88mm thick floor modules. The use of plywood, chipboard and hard plaster and a unique dowel system with double sealing ensure a strong structure and durability. The product is used for quick, dust-free and noise-free installation of floors with an aesthetic appearance (including exhibition floors). The modules are easy to assemble and dismantle. Inside the modules there is a multilayer plywood frame and wooden ribs. The floor module rests on adjustable legs, the evenness of the platform base can fluctuate up to 20mm. To increase the volume and area of ​​​​the room, additional 3x1m sections are added. Product dimensions and selection of materials according to the customer’s wishes

⇒ 4x floor module 3.0m x 1.0m, weight approx. 110 kg, reinforced with wooden boards and frame

Features. The product is flat and smooth and has a high load capacity, properties corresponding to plywood and plasterboard. The weight of the metal structure presented at the fair is approx. 485 kg and with guests it can carry a load of approx. 1 ton. The demo stand was supported on a 6-legged floor platform

Use. The product is intended for use in rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 70%. The maximum installation temperature is 50°C

Surface covering. According to the customer’s request, parquet, PVC, floor paint, other materials can also be used

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product retains its shape thanks to the way the drywall is treated and the adhesive used in the product

⇒ The legs of the floor module (8 legs) are adjusted so that the module is supported against the ground at every point. The leg fasteners must be located below the groove plane

⇒ Two floor modules are connected to each other using tenon grooves, the modules rest two on top of each other with long tenon grooves

⇒ Depending on the selected covering material, edge moldings and floor coverings are installed

Cutting. The product is not cut or processed, as this may damage the internal structure and fastening elements

Storage. The products should be stored upright or supported on the side edge and on a smooth surface. Protect the products from moisture

Transport

⇒ It is recommended to use auxiliary equipment (trolley, etc.) to transport the modules

⇒ The modules should be carried correctly supported and carefully – excessive pressure may damage the panel

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 3.0m x 1.0m, thickness 0.1m. The size of the product can be changed by adding 1.0m intermediate sections: 3 x 1m ⇒ 3 x …m

Platform floor (3×4 m²), manufacturing information

⇒ The size of the hard plaster product and the choice of materials according to the external dimensions given by the customer, plasterboard made of a different material can also be used

⇒ Choice of surface color or flooring material according to the customer’s request

⇒ If necessary, 50mm glass wool can be added to the module to increase thermal insulation and sound insulation

⇒ A dowel system is used to connect the modules, the modules of the straight wall section are connected to each other with a special dowel

⇒ The movement of the joints between the modules is softened by a seal in the pins, there are 2 parallel 3x30mm PE sealing tapes in each joint between the modules

⇒ The modules rest on threaded and adjustable legs on the floor: 12 legs per two modules, with a step of approx. 1m. In the middle of the long pin groove, the legs are attached to the lower module

⇒ Inside the module there are 2x plywood frames, wooden board (plywood, OSB) spacers to support the structure, electrical cables and installations can be added inside the product if necessary

⇒ PUR glue D4, 1-component, adheres well to the cut plaster edge, the customer can opt out of gluing

⇒ Tape to fix the shape of the product during gluing and transportation (if necessary)
