Ceiling skirting with felt coating

Ceiling skirting with felt coating dampens the sound falling on the surface and also prevents the sound from spreading through the joint being covered. The covering fabric creates an airy look to the room compared to skirting with a rigid surface. Product dimensions, additional fixing points, technical specifications and fabric selection can be made according to wishes

Properties. The product has similar properties to plasterboard, the covering fabric protects the plasterboard contents from external influences.

Usage. The product is intended for use in rooms with a normal relative humidity level – permanently no higher than 60%. Normal room temperature is recommended for installation

Installation and fastening

⇒ The product can be attached using screws, skirting nails, Velcro fasteners or other fastening methods

⇒ It is recommended to attach the product in such a way that the distance between the fastening points is a maximum of 200mm

Dimensions. The dimensions of the product in the pictures are 2.4 x 0.1m. The maximum length of the strip can be up to 3.0m – take into account the transportability to the installation site

Storage. Products should be stored upright and on a smooth surface. Protect products from moisture

Transport

⇒ The product must be carried correctly supported and carefully – high tensile pressure can damage the product.

⇒ If there is a risk that the product will be damaged during transport, additional covers or additional fastenings must be used

⇒ It is recommended to transport long parts in pairs and with two hands

⇒ The packaging and fastening tape are removed immediately before installation
